General Conditions
- Free towels: One towel per person will be provided for bookings that include it. If the client chooses not to use it, the booking price remains unchanged.
- Paid bookings: Must be claimed before 3:30 PM. If not claimed on time, the bed may be resold with no right to a refund.
- Bed allocation: Beds are assigned in order of payment, with priority given to the best locations.
- Large groups: For bookings of more than 12 people, please contact reservas@zensa.es or call (+34) 96 642 77 47.
- Lounge Area: Free area with sofas, no reservation required or possible.
- Restaurant Area: Space with views of the harbour, ideal for drinks or meals.
- Refund policy: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. In case of rain, the booking may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Dress code: Proper clothing must be worn upon entering and leaving.
- Pets: Not allowed, except guide dogs for people with disabilities.
- Belongings: Zensa is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of valuables.
- Minimum age: Adults only (18+).
- External food & drinks: Not permitted.
Pool Use Rules / User Responsibilities
- No diving, no jumping into the pool
- No urinating in the pool
- Showering before entering the pool is mandatory
- Use of the pool requires consumption at the venue
User Rights
- Access and use of the facilities during designated days and hours
- The right to receive all relevant information regarding the operation of the facilities
